 Catalog Description
 This course focuses on the knowledge and skills necessary for the development and enhancement of a healthy lifestyle throughout the life span. Students will develop skills to assess their current wellness levels and be able to develop a plan to positively enhance their personal health and fitness status. This 4-credit course includes 2 credits of classroom instruction and 2 credits from a selected group of activity courses. Students must register for HPER 1120 and the activity course concurrently.
 
 Corequisite(s): Students must register for the separate HPER 1120 Lecture and Lab sections concurrently
