Catalog Description
This course is designed to introduce the basic fundamentals of volleyball. Students will learn the rules, strategies, and proper etiquette as well as an appreciation of volleyball as a lifetime activity. The ability to perform the fundamentals will be demonstrated in game situations. Students will work toward improving individual skills within a team structure. Students must be able to participate in volleyball.
