PHAR 2297 - Pharmacy Technician Internship

Catalog Description
Students practice skills developed throughout the certificate program in an environment that employs pharmacy technicians. The first internship rotation will provide infusion services whereas the second rotation will be within a community or outpatient pharmacy that does not offer infusion services. Performance of all activities performed by a pharmacy technician at the specific site will be evaluated by the site supervisor.
Prerequisite(s) (must have a grade of C or better): Permission of Program Director
