THTR 2220 - Play Directing
Credits: 3
Catalog Description
Play directing gives students the opportunity to learn and apply principles of script analysis, staging, working with actors, and utilizing technical effects along with other artistic practices to direct and produce a short play at the end of the semester. Students must see and analyze at least one professional production during the semester.
Prerequisite(s) (must have a grade of C or better): THTR 1101 and THTR 2205 or THTR 2230
