BIOL 1107 - Principles of Biology II Credits: 4
This course is a continuation of the introduction to the foundational concepts in biology. Students will explore topics in the molecular basis of inheritance, evolutionary origins of life’s diversity, the diversity of prokaryotic and eukaryotic organisms, and basic concepts in ecology. The course meets for 3 lecture hours and 3 laboratory hours per week.
Prerequisite(s) (must have a grade of C or better): BIOL 1106 or equivalent Recommended Skills, Abilities, or Coursework: College level mathematics, reading, and writing
