Customer Service, or lack of it, is one of the most important topics in business today. Quality customer service is now expected, no matter what type of business/service in which you are employed. Students will learn a usable process for developing the skills, attitudes and thinking patterns needed to win customer satisfaction and loyalty. This course will examine the importance of customer service, understanding consumer behavior, techniques for handling difficult customers, time management, enhancing customer loyalty and creating long-term value for the customer and business.
