BUS 2233 - Intermediate Accounting Credits: 4
This course adds depth to financial accounting topics by applying generally accepted accounting principles and the conceptual framework to measure, recognize, and report complex financial information using a variety of alternative methods. Topics include generally accepted accounting principles, the conceptual framework for accounting, income statement, balance sheet, statement of cash flows, time value of money, and accounting for: cash and receivables, inventories, property/plant/equipment acquisition, depreciation, and impairment, intangible assets, current and long-term liabilities, and stockholders’ equity.
Prerequisite(s) (must have a grade of C or better): BUS 1112 and BUS 2125
