This course focuses on teaching configuration and administrative tasks performed on the client computer in a business environment. Hands-on activities in the laboratory closely parallel classroom discussion to give the student practical experience with the use and management of client operating systems. Topics include operating system installation and configuration, file systems, resource management, user management, and security. This course helps prepare students for select Microsoft Windows certification exams.
