CNET 2390 - IT Service Management Credits: 2
This course provides a standards-based framework to structure IT-related activities and approaches for supporting and delivering IT services, enhance the interactions of IT technical personnel with business customers and users, and to increase the quality, reliability, and flexibility of IT services. This course also focuses on personal discernment and identification of skills, interests, and values. Students will engage in the assessing of marketable skills, building a personal brand and developing a network of contacts, writing resumes, cover letters, and other standard means of correspondence used in the job search process.
