HPER 1152 - Aerobic Fitness Credits: 2
This course is designed to establish a basic understanding of fitness and promote aerobic exercise as a lifelong activity. The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) physical activity guidelines will provide a framework for developing fitness goals that emphasize optimal cardiovascular health. Students will work toward achieving individual fitness goals and must be able to participate in aerobic exercise.
