MATH 0250 - Intermediate Algebra
Credits: 5
This course is a continuation of MATH 0230 or MATH 0240 and prepares students to take MATH 1200 or MATH 1210 . Topics include factoring, linear and quadratic functions; exponents; complex numbers; polynomial, rational and radical expressions; solutions of linear, quadratic, rational, absolute value, exponential, radical, and logarithmic equations; and inequalities.
Prerequisite(s) (must have a grade of C or better): MATH 0230 , MATH 0240 , or appropriate score on math placement test
