NURS 2360 - Health Restoration: Acute/Simple Alterations Credits: 3
This course builds on the concepts learned in previous semesters and corequisite coursework and focuses on the acute disruption of normal physiological and psychological health and the nursing care of clients. A holistic perspective is applied across the lifespan in the care of healthy clients experiencing an alteration in health that leads to diagnostic testing, injury, or illness. Conceptual knowledge is further developed related to acute/simple health disruptions to enhance clinical judgement.
