ART 1162 - Sculpture II Credits: 3
The course expands upon the techniques covered in Sculpture I. Students will approach sculpture in an experimental, creative manner and address advanced aesthetic ideas. The concepts first explored in Sculpture I will be addressed and studied in greater depth and understanding and more advanced techniques will be introduced. Students will begin to create their own personal style and pursue ideas and concepts of their own making. A course fee is required; additional costs may be incurred based on individual student need. See course notes in eServices or contact the instructor for additional information. Students must be prepared to spend 6-8 hours per week in the sculpture studio outside of class.
